Horrible, just horrible. I brought my Volkswagen TDI here on Saturday to get an oil change. It took them literally an hour to do my oil change. Heavy set white guy did my oil change. I heard him asking the guy below was the filter on top or bottom. I should’ve backed out then. I get home to see that my oil change light is on, after I’ve reset. So I decided to take it to Royal Volkswagen 4 days later to get oil change again. Come to find out Express Oil didn’t change the oil filter 🥹. I will never ever return
Took a car I was interested in buying for an inspection. The mechanic was very thorough and found a lot of red flags that I wasn't aware of. He even invited me into the bay to see the issues myself and explain it all to me so I could make an informed decision about the car. $20 well spent and worth it.
