I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I went in for a pink French full set, and unfortunately, my nails came out extremely bulky and, in my opinion, very unattractive. I felt like not much effort or attention was put into the full set. The staff was nice, and the price was reasonable, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. I’ve been going to this salon since high school, around 2018, and I’ve given them chance after chance, trying different technicians and always giving the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I’ve only had ONE experience I was genuinely happy with. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2 PM and didn’t leave until almost 6 PM. Very unsanitary and not neat with how they work. I had walked in for a soak-off because i had acrylic nails the way the man soaked off my nails wasn’t how normally nail salons do it. He started with drilling my nails then proceeded to use a nail tip to take them off, which was very painful.
