1.) They leave your credit card receipts out in a clear box next to the window of the mall so all can see. 2.) They do not shape your nails correctly. They end up very wide & thick. 3.)They are rude. While waiting to get attended they give you dirty looks. When they finished my nails I ran to Nail Spa to have them fix the mess they did. A set cost me twice because of they mess.
