Received quality and exceptional care. Front desk associate 'Tammy' was a gem. Pleasurable experience.
From the front desk to everyone to the doctor that not only patiently explained the unexpected , possible fatal issue found, but politely gave the persuasion to convince a stubborn, old man to ride the ambulance to TMH emergency room. NO ONE could ask for more.
MyWIFE HAD APPOINTMENT FOR BUT THE FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT WAS REALLY DOING THE MOST IF APPOINTMENTS HAS BEEN SET WHY WOULD THE FRONT ASSISTANT TRYING TO TELL US SOMETHING DIFFERENT

I have claustrophobia really bad going in but the pictures of the little puppies helped distract me and feel calm. They also allowed my hubby to go in with me and he gave me a foot massage which was distracting as well. I made it through just fine. I would highly recommend Express MRI to anyone who suffers from anxiety and claustrophobia.
