I have claustrophobia really bad going in but the pictures of the little puppies helped distract me and feel calm. They also allowed my hubby to go in with me and he gave me a foot massage which was distracting as well. I made it through just fine. I would highly recommend Express MRI to anyone who suffers from anxiety and claustrophobia.
Danger Highly incompetent
This is specifically for any parent of twins that may need to have a MRI on your young children. I have twin 2 year olds that both need regular MRI's 1-2 times a year. Unfortunately due to change in insurance they could no longer get their MRI's completed in Orlando where they were born, so I had to find a location in Tallahassee. I had an early morning appointment and arrived right on time to pay and complete any lingering paperwork. Approximately 10 minutes after my appointment time was scheduled to begin, the tech entered the completely open lobby area and began loudly complaining that I did not need the scans ordered. HIPAA protected information was loudly shared in the lobby with other patients present.
