I saw Dr. Elena Sutton today for what turned out to be multiple fractured ribs, from a fall. I have reviewed Dr. Sutton before and was as impressed with her this as the time earlier this year. The Urgent Card was pretty crowded today but I think I seen as promptly as could be under the circumstances. Part of the problem was a Self Regional wide problem with the network used to move Xrays. Doctor and nurse were so nice.
Had a great experience with Stephanie. She. Me about my cough and yellow mouth cus discharge. Said That was heading into pneumonia and prescribed medicine. Noted and hat my wife was also coughing and she checked her out. She had been seen by our family doctor but the medicine was not working. She determined she had pneumonia and changed her medications. She has a great patient manner and she went above and beyond to make sure we were given proper care. She kind and proactive. Great healthcare professional.
