I had such a great experience. 2 ladies in the front welcomed me and the whole office was so nicely decorated. Idk what it was but the lip pillows made me feel like I was in the right place and both ladies made me feel like I belonged there. I felt so welcomed. She explained it all to me.( I forgot her name) I highly recommend and will be coming back. I will make sure to share my experience with all my family and friends 🧡
I came in for the first time and was welcomed by Addy the front desk receptionist who made me feel like I was a regular for years. I was brought to the back where the nurse Angelika answered all my questions in great detail and made me feel comfortable asking any questions that I had without making me feel bad. Just had a visit here today and all I have to say is they really do make you feel like family! From the moment I walked in, Addy welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable on the services they provide. Loved their ear piercing with Elsa event! My seven year old has been wanting to get her ears pierced for months but was so scared. But it was well worth the wait! Stefanie was patient with her and did an amazing job! Not only was Elsa there as a distraction but they even had a cute hot chocolate bar and goodies for the kids. So happy we went to express med spa for my little girls ear piercing! Now I just need to get back there to do something for myself 😊
