100/10 every time. I have been going to Express Life for about 4 years and my health has dramatically changed. I see results so much faster. I’ve unfortunately been in 2 car accidents and they made the whole process of healing so smooth and truly helped me get back to normal! I SWEAR by the TRT method they use. My children still beg to get adjusted because it’s gentle and not scary. Their staff is so kind and helpful too! Can’t recommend them enough!
Drs Troy and Ashley Hayes and the Office Manager Kaylynn are a great team of caring professionals ! I had debilitating back pain where I could barely do basic activities and my sleep was severely affected. Now, only one month into the treatment plan I can confidently say that my back is functioning much better, getting more sleep, doing more activities, and I have increased energy for fun!!!
