Yesterday after having (2 )15 amp breakers installed into our electrical panel and 3 home runs landed into the panel the serviceman handed me his business card and it says he is an Apprentice Electrician. He did not have anyone else with him. After calling JP Electric this morning and getting a quote of $215 to complete the same work I gave EHS the opportunity to make it right and they will not be doing anything about the overcharge and they had no comment on sending an apprentice out to a journeyman level job. We have had great experiences with all of their services!
I would give them zero stars if I were able to. They installed a 90% furnace in my house March of 2022. It's now October 2023. My furnace has not worked properly this entire time. My pipes froze. I spent a fortune on power for space heaters. I have take MULTIPLE days off of work while they made attempts to "fix" it. They installed this furnace in an attic space WITHOUT telling me that a 90% furnace creates condensation....that's WATER....and I have no drain. I have water in my walls and coming through my ceiling now.... read more
