The wheels on our sliding glass door had worn through completely and the door was resting on the track frame. The technician replaced both sets of wheels and added a door sweep to seal the bottom gap. Runs correctly now.

The guy never showed up and then called 2 hours after the time he was supposed to be there . I have no voicemail from him. His time window was from 9-12pm the 1st call I received from him timestamped 1:46pm He then got angry and talked over me wouldn’t let me speak and hung up on me. Tal Ben Joia. Great way to get business, lying about calling, not showing up and being rude to customers. Sounds like he just didn’t feel like it today. When you say you are going to come between 9-12pm. Here is a wild concept, show up?
