RecommendedWent here Sat Nov 17th.The receptionist was very nice and helpful.Filled out the paperwork ( 5 minutes). They got me in immediately after I finished checking in. Both nurses attended to me before the doctor came in.They were ultra nice and very professional.Easy to talk to and fun.One even gave me a blueberry donut.The doctor was equally as professional as well as personable .Great staff that truly cares about thier patients.Recieved a follow up call the next day from the doctor to see if i was doing ok. If you have to go to the ER I highly suggest Express ER Abilene! They are absolutely amazing! The staff is beyond wonderful! They are kind, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable! The facilities are extremely nice and VERY clean (that’s big thing for me)! They have toys for the kids to play with and even have drinks and snacks! If we have to go to the ER again we will 100% be going here!

Express ER is the best in Abilene! From the moment i walked in til i left, i received more the exceptional service. No waiting for long periods. Thank you Dr Smith for diagnosing my problem so quickly and getting me out the door, i appreciate it
I love Express er they are super nice and they get u in and out I would highly recommend them the lady at front desk is nice as well as nurse and doctor they made me feel very welcome less than 30 minutes of wait time thanks again keep Up great work
My husband & I went tonight for skin infections. Dr. Smith & his new NP were awesome! They incised areas, gave us antibiotics before we left and our prescriptions. The knowledge of their staff surpasses many of the ERs we've been to. We will never go to any ER but Express ER! In the words of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, "there's no place like home", Express ER made us feel safe & confident & made us feel at home! Thank you so very much! BTW: love the Mustangs! I seriously wish that I could make Express ER my primary doctor's office. This is the 2nd time I have went and they have treated me better that any where also I have ever been. they laid better attention the the details if medicines that can make you sick. They are very responsive when you are in pain. you hardly wait. I went in at 5am in pain from after my kidney stone procedure and they gave me a good medicine, got me in fast, so sweet for the time of night.
