I have never been to a better ER. Very friendly , competent and fast. They follow up on there patients!!!!! never had an ER do that before:) I'll never go anywhere else.
The staff was incredible, they were trying to call me back into my room before I had finished my paperwork out front and I was surprised. Well I got injured doing what skateboarders do best, jumping down stuff, was around 11:45 pm and I had to go somewhere ASAP. Got into Express ER and I was out within the hour with everything I needed to know about how to treat my injury, (knowing me if my grandma wasn’t there I’d probably bleed out before I knew what to do) but that thankfully isn’t the case this time and I walked, well...... read more
So a while back when Sophia and I literally felt like death , I had Steven take us here! And I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE else unless I have too. When we walked in we were noticed and NEW something was wrong. They were so kind to Sophia and they even got her to take her first HUGE pill. It was a little hard but they did it. They were all so caring and respectful of the fact that we needed something , it never felt like they were looking at the dollar signs. No wait time! Great service! I will recommend this place to everybody I know! Best ER I’ve ever gone to! And I’ve been to a lot of them!
I’ve been twice and the staff and doctors are wonderful through thoughtful and kind. You actually get treated like a person and they listen to you. My family will never go to any other er again.
The staff was so very nice and helpful. Made you feel welcomed and at home, compared to the typical feel of an ER visit. I would definitely recommend and its near quite a few places to dine so the convenience is great as well.
