Express ER-Abilene has some of the most compassionate staff in the medical world. The doctors are top notch and do everything they can to make your visit the best medical experience ever. I love this clinic but mostly, I love their staff.

Kelsey took amazing care of me! Couldn’t have asked for a better nurse and super fast care. I was seen, taken care of and home very quickly, which is great when you’re not feeling well!
I went to the Express ER and they were so nice. The whole process was so much faster than the hospital would have been. I was taken care of and had pain relief so quick that I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them to everyone!!
My mom Mary Grounds last night had multiple wasp stings. We called for emergency services from here in Odessa. She ended up going to Express ER and from the front office all the way until she was done when the nurse walked her to her car since it was well after midnight they staff was wonderful. Mom says from now on if need be she is not going all the way to one of the hospitals since Express ER is actually closer to her house.. My daughter’s earlobe grew around the back of her earring, and she told me that we needed to find the professionals. She told them the whole story- my daughter can talk- and they listened so patiently. Lovely people who made a scary situation not scary at all.
Got right in, fast and friendly staff 👍 very clean and comfortable in the waiting area.
