I was very pleased with my experience at Express ER when I took my wife who was sick. It was great to have her treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the ExpressER made her feel that she was in safe hands and even made her smile when we left, then you can believe me when I say they are the best. From the moment I walked into the door it was a good experience. Reception was super friendly and helpful. Explained things well and offered drinks and refreshments. I was called back quickly. They took their time to discuss things and had me in and out in record time for this area. Then reception gave me a gift on the way out and even called to follow up with me the next day! Fantastic service, great people and service. Came in with an ear infection and bronchitis. I was taken right In diagnosed and treated promptly.
Seriously my best ER experience ever. Amazing staff, super friendly, fast and efficient. knowledgeable and patient with me and my son! I will go to Express ER from now on! After my visit they sent a get well card signed by the whole staff to my son and called to check on how I was feeling. Now that is some great customer service. Keep up the awesome work!!
