Just called about a position I found on Craigslist. I spoke with Missy for all of 1 minute before my little one decided to have a meltdown while I was on the phone. I told Missy that I was leaving my little one and going to a quite area when she abruptly told me that I needed to take care of my baby and to call back later, at which point she hung up on me. I have used express since 2002, usually they find something quickly for me, now i can't even get the lady i first met with to return a phone call....very disappointed
