Great place to come! Quick, friendly and couldn’t have asked for better care. Brought my little one in and the doctor knew exactly what was wrong with her and was able to fix it right away! So impressed, hope we don’t have to come back but if we do this is where I’m coming!
Whoever came up with this idea got it right! This is a perfect solution to the status quo of emergency medicine! Dr. Nelson is an incredible doctor! I, unfortunately, have an incurable, chronic disease for which there is no cure. I have been there several times and EVERY time I have been there the experience has been wonderful! I am thoroughly impressed with this clinic! Dr. Nelson was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. He even called the following day to check up...my PCM doesn't even do that! The location is great, the clinic is incredibly clean and nice, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The new benchmark in urgent care has been set.
I had the absolute best experience here. I was seen right away & everyone was so friendly. I left within 30 mins and was on my way to feeling better. They even called to check on me the following day. Highly recommend them!
Great customer service from the moment we walked in the door !! We were greated by Ms.Relesa who was very helpful and Courteous, our nurse Cindy was awesome and Dr. Buchholz who was amazing and took good care of our son!! Thank you to the amazing staff at Express ER in Harker Heights.
Went in yesterday dec 31. Didn’t even wait 5 min to see a dr. We seemed to meet the hole staff. Thank you for being there when you all could be with family. Even better is they take our insurance but nothing out of pocket till insurance pays there part so maybe 2-3 weeks to see copay. I didn’t have the flu but felt like death had come for me. Today I feel 100% just trying to control this headache. But when you remove caffeine in one day from your diet will that’s my fault. Thank you again.
