I won't go back. Staff was friendly but a total of 2.5 hours before we left with a strep diagnosis. Checked the website before we left. It said 20 minutes or less. Not once did someone say how long the wait was once we checked in. The PA said it looks like strep or it could be bacterial tonsillitis so lets just put him on augmentin because we only have rapid tests that aren't that accurate. I asked for the rapid test. Guess what it's positive. Oh so now we only have to have amoxicillin. Never once said well lets do the strep... read more

We have used this facility twice and received excellent care with minimal wait times.

They should rename it “Distress Care.” I waited over two and a half hours, and there’s no way out since you have to pay upfront. When I was finally taken back, I overheard a nurse telling what I assume was the head nurse or director, “The Express Care is falling apart—people are leaving upset, and we need help.” I also overheard a worker mention that they only have one doctor or nurse available for Express Care on Fridays. I’d avoid this place until they get things sorted out.
