Never a long wait and never overcrowded
I went in as a walk in for urgent care and the entire process went smoothly. I was a little worried at first seeing the amount of people waiting in the waiting area but the receptionist informed me that there are different offices in there so everyone was not there for urgent care. I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving and out in less than an hour total with a prescription for my sore throat. Every single staff member that I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this urgent care center.
The people are nice. I appreciate that very much. Nothing against them personally. The care, it’s sub par. My experience was that they were more focused on the symptoms than the problem. And writing things off as asthma when I haven’t been bothered by that in 25 years. I ran 10 miles a day all through my 20’s—and was clear that I didn’t think that was a viable explanation. So I’ll be searching for more opinions. And most likely end up figuring it out myself, per usual.
I was seen by Maria. She was so amazing, she addressed all of my concerns and treated me with respect and compassion. I would definitely recommend this facility!
