Canceled two times on my company. First time for no reason and with no phone call or email to inform our company they were not showing up. The second time they canceled on my company was today, about 10 minutes ago. My company was informed that they only have 3 technicians, unable to provide liability insurance, so could not stand by agreed upon appointment time. Again no call.
