I was there three weeks ago and got the Senegalese twist and you know you can't look all in the back to see everything I was sitting just feeling my twist and a lot of my hair wasn't twist right I will never go back again y'all need to let someone check the back of your hair.They throw it up in the back because you can't see it please find someone eles to do your hair.And the older lady has a nasty attitude.

The ladies were so very rude...As you can see the hair is not tucked and the parts are ugly. The owner wasn't in but they called her and she was very rude and said she needed to see the end results and that when I come back next time she will be the one to do it. I told her I want be back. Let's remind you the lady did nothing to try to fix the problem and said she wasn't going to take them down. It was only like 15 braids up and wasn't even braided all the way down in the picture. I call the owner to ask her if I could come get my hair done, she instantly said yes.When I arrived she told me that she will be her to braid my hair. One lady walked up and told me to come on she will start braiding my hair . I told her how I wanted it, but after she started braiding for a while, it was nothing like I wanted. This was the worse experience that I ever had in a braid shop. The lady literally set my hair on fire and all she could say was I’m sorry. She burnt wholes in my sweater and refuse to compensate me for her mishap. You can smell the burning hair on my head. All of the other clients were scared to death that my hair would burn. They quickly put it out. Do not go here. You are taking a major risk.
