How Sad, I had a gift certificate that my niece gave me as a gift. My niece spent her money at this place and I didn’t think anything of it, but I simply put it in a drawer and I tried to redeem they made it seem as if I was trying to cheat them. I was really disappointed with my experience during my most recent visit.I went in to have my acrylic nails removed and specifically mentioned that my natural nails needed a break as they were feeling very sensitive. I made it clear that I didn’t want any additional services, yet they added a clear color on top of my natural nails without my consent.
