I had the worst experience with this company. They took me on as a client during the height of a sellers market. They provided no help at all and even dropped off the for sale signs to us so we could pound them into our front lawn. Our home sold in a day with multiple offers. They screwed up the backup offer and didn’t follow through. We entered into escrow with just the one offer. But that wasn’t where the big mess up was. We knew our home would go fast.
