Finally a Mechanic Shop I trust!!!! – Expertec is the most honest mechanic shop Ive ever used. Gordon And Ted have been able to run a great mechanic shop that keep continuing to grow, while still maintaining an excellent service to their customers. they always are friendly and finish my car when they say they will. Would Recommend to anyone needing auto repair !!!!!
HONEST, FAST , KNOWLEDGEABLE. – Been there many times, never a disapointment. Nice to have a place you can recomend to family and friends without worrying . They have given me honest advice , weather it was a economical option , or there was a serious problem. These guys have the experience to handle every job ive taken them . they do all my maintainance now and Im very satisfied.
Shady business-Don't Go To Expertec – Took my auto to Les Schwab first for a possible belt problem, they don't do belts but mech informed me that my belt problem was a 15 minute job. Expertec told me an hour plus was trying to charge me double the price of the belt. I called Napa and the car dealer for the exact belt number for the year and make of my auto and still Expertec was going to charge double the price and had so many excuses saying the car dealer wasn't quoting me right.
best service i've ever had – honest. fair. fast. top-notch mechanics who have helped me several times and saved me money!!!! the cookies are a hit, too, with my kids!!
Better Options in Town – As a woman bringing a car to a mechanic, I expect to get a little bit of run around, that's why I am upfront about my problem(s) and my expectations. I am new to town and looking for a mechanic; this is not them.
