I listed my home in mid October with Mandy Justice. I had showings in the first week and multiple showings after that. We put our house on the market with Leanne Carswell in mid Nov. Four weeks later we had two offers and today a contract pending. It was amazing how many times through the work of the Leanne Carswell Expert team that our home was shown in this short time. We have been extremely impressed by the professionalism of this team.
