Tyler did an amazing job helping us get our roof replaced and get repairs covered from water damage. Our roof was denied twice by our insurance company, while other neighbors were getting covered. So easy, just have your insurance info ready for them, and get an appointment for them to inspect the problems. If they think you have a claim, they take care of it all. Just be patient, the process takes time. Highly recommend! We paid zero for our roof and damages.
They sign you up, then absolutely no contact. Can not even be bothered to show up for an appointment that didn't even get set until I called wanting to know what was going on after TWO Months. Terrible customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor by even calling you back. Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!
