Part two I’m not sure what I did not make clear in the original review. When I walked into your establishment, I was barely acknowledged, even though there was a few nail tech sitting around. I felt so uncomfortable and so uninvited that I did not stay. I just went to your reviews and read some of the experiences that other individuals had at your location and I can see that I am not the only one that felt this way. I was close by so thought I would get my face waxed. I saw some good reviews so I thought why not. The lady was nice but the process was really unhygienic. She used the same wax strip for the whole process. She also did not know how to thread so I had to get the rest of the hair plucked by her which isn’t good for skin and hair grows back faster. Also there was no ice they could give me to put on my face since my face is sensitive.
