Wanted to wait a year to review my experience with expert hvac, to see if their product and customer service held up. That said, I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new unit to at least reach out for a quote. The prices were very fair, service was fantastic and the follow up was top notch. I had an excellent experience with Expert HVAC from the initial service call to the final installation of a new unit. I appreciated the txt updates about the service time and pictures of the service personnel who would be showing up to do the work. I received objective advice of the pros and cons on a new unit vs repairing an old unit. They also took pictures of my roof for me while they were up there. Friendly, courteous, and experienced team.
