EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! We purchased SOLID mahogany hardwood floors. They were to be installed on a raised foundation plywood floor using the nailed down method, and I made sure this company knew I wanted them nailed down. I was dealing directly with the owner. After they delivered the floors to my home to be "acclimated" which is standard for these types of floors, the owner called to say he messed up on his Invoice and wanted an additional $1,000 to finish the job.
