I gave the store a call recently, to fix a strange issue regarding my laptop being unable to move files from folder to folder. Within 10 minutes, he had a fix for me over the phone, for free! It turns out to have required a simple "chkdsk /f" command to fix. Phenomenal, generous service. I highly recommend this place for that alone!
