They sent me a bad generator battery and after describing what was going on, they replied once and then ignored my later replies. They're batteries come from Vietnam, so consider that if you even THINK of buying one from them. Lousy product and customer service.....
Just recently bought a battery charger from them and love it yet I screwed my battery :( due to the fact that I did not see that the black is positive and red is negative. other than that this is an epic charger. And just today needed to buy a new battery. Mine will not hold a charge. damn.
