By diagnosing the car properly took my car in there and they diagnosed it wrong gave me the wrong problem told me If that is fixed it’ll be running fine so graphics and guess what it’s still not running fine
RecommendedVery professional with fair pricing. I went in to have struts and mounts replaced. They brought us home and picked us back up after the work was done. They were able to work around our work schedule and had everything finished in one day. Extremely happy with the service and will definitely return!
After calling 5 times on a Tuesday afternoon, for about an hour - finally got someone to answer with a simple "Hello?" - after I asked if this was Expert Care Care the unidentified person said "uh huh". Proceeding to why I called, I needed to get a new set of 17" tires installed on a Subaru, tires I bought online. They say you know a good restaurant by how many people go there. Mechanic shops are no different. Expert Auto Care Is a good mechanic shop as there are a good steady flow of cars. Not only that, the workers are experienced, knowledgeable, and wise when it comes to your auto diagnosis and recommendations for your auto repair. I.E. Knowledgeable team, Knowledgeable owner! Been in the business many years. Referred by family. Still serving generations later. Can be a little pricey depending on service. 4 🌟 for that reason only. But not paying for maybe this is the problem.
if I could give this place zero stars I would. I dropped my 2014 Altima off for an oil change before work. The manager called my work at 10am, had me pulled out of a meeting saying it was important. He said my car needed immediate repairs totalling $1300 dollars. His attitude going down the list was very pushy and i felt like i was being pressured into spending money i didn't have. I went there Yesterday for a Emissions Test for my Truck. It was the first Time that I went there. One of the mechanics said they do Emissions Testing by appointment & asked if I could come back at 2:00 P.M... I said Yes since it was 1:37 P.M.. The mechanic then said we will just do it right now since it only takes a couple of minutes. I waited in the waiting room. A couple of minutes later he came back & said it Passed. I was on my way after that. He was very polite. Thank You.
Would not recommend...after a $1000+ dollar repair, they left a part off of my car. It was not noticeable until I needed to replace a headlight a few years later. When I approached them they said it had been too long a period of time as if this was a warranty situation. I beg to differ, negligence is not the same as a service warranty. Anyway, the $15 part that you forgot to put back on my car cost you a repeat customer for life...hope it was worth it.
