I sent an updated resume and cover letter, but when she called without scheduling, she did not seem to remember we had spoken before and asked basic questions already answered in my materials, including whether I had worked at Microsoft and whether I had coding experience. The website will not allow you to update your profile information or experience. Their support team told me they cannot actually access their own website to help, so I have no way to actually search for jobs or provide them with accurate information.
don't bother...if you are professional and know what you doing this place is not for you. from the initial engagement to the rate this is a colossal waste of time!
