Stayed here for barely two months. Paid my rent on Friday and moved out on a Sunday. Owner kept my reserve payment and the entirety of what I had just paid. Altogether $350. Claims I signed a contract stating he could keep my money for moving out yet won't provide me with a copy. Had no choice to leave. Was coming home to guys fucked up and nodding out on their meds.
