Big shout out to Ben from Expand Plumbing. We thought we had a plumbing leak so he tested and assured us all was good. He then tested with a moisture meter and indicated where we had a shower grouting problem which has now been resolved. Arrived on time and charges reasonable

Misleading quotes, don't finish work and they falsely represent they have incurred costs when they haven't. Edit: Thanks for your response below - as has been my experience with your business, it is false and misleading. For example, you say debt collection is on hold - that is not true. I paid your alleged invoice months ago under protest but maintained my complaint to the regulator. To say now you placed collections on hold as a gesture of good faith pending my complaint is simply misleading.
