As the listing agent for my property, Cory Otto acted unethically. He was not transparent in his working relationship with the buyers agent and did not submit the offer objectively. I would advise if you work with Cory Otto to be very aware of his relationships with other local agents, and would advise anyone to consult with their lawyer when using Cory.
