Bill is a professional and hardworking realtor. He is knowledgeable about the market and you can tell he truly has his client’s best interest in mind. He was easy to communicate with and also responded quickly to any question I had. As a first time home buyer he was patient and really walked me through all of the steps of buying my first home. He was also able to reccomend an experienced home inspector and mortgage bank. I would highly reccomend him to anyone selling or buying a home in northeast Ohio.
Bill was great to work with on the purchase of our home and the sale of our old one. Our old home sold quickly and we were able to close on the sale of the old home within a few days of closing on the new one. Would definitely work with Bill again if we needed to buy or sell.
