What do you call a person that does nothing but gets 5% of your home selling price? A Realtor. Also there is only 1 "R" in realtor. 99% of these Exp low-end realtors say they are "real-a-tors" and that is super stupid. You can't even pronounce your simple job title. Use Zillow OR SELL BY OWNER. This place is a den of horrible people. Avoid at all costs.
The EXP Realty have the greatest and very friendly technical support staff. I call to ask how I can get into the EXP system to get my 1099 to do my taxes and the gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.
