Good service an good workers
Bought a cocktail from them. It died a month later. All the birds look extremely unhealthy and the staff can care less that your in the store. Me and my wife stood there by the birds for 15 mins while they walked around us and ignored us.
Awesome staff ! A female was helping us with the hedgehogs on Saturday, she was very helpful and informative .
Would only let us look at animals if we were “serious about buying”. How are you supposed to know if you’re interested in an animal unless you hold it and experience it. Was told the shop was busy, but there were more employees there than customers when we were there. A little customer service training would go a long way. Have had much better experience at other shops in town.
Every time I've been in, the reptiles are all infested with mites. Even the babies in plastic bins. I won't even go near the small animals due to fear of transporting mites home with me for my own reptiles. I know plenty of people who refuse to accept pets from here due to the pets dying from preventable illnesses and parasites.
Recommendedordered my basilisks over the phone and they let me choose the date that I wanted them, arrived on time and are in great health and eating great! Would definitely buy from them again

There is no health filter protocol of this store. Many of the reptiles wind up costing a fortune in vets and still die because FOOSE CAN'T BE BOTHERED WITH HEALTH CHECKS and not using POACHERS as stocking agents. DO NOT SHOP IN THIS MAN'S STORES UNTIL HE CHANGES HIS WAYS.
