Smells bad and overcrowded. Customer service severely poor. Practically had to twist an arm to get assistance and then was treated like I wasn't serious about buying. I have a great idea, ignore me and see if I'm interested in buying. Talk down to me like I haven't done my research and see if I want to buy. Better yet, see if you can stuff another 20 prairie dogs in that tiny-arse space that already has about 20 of them in there. The stench was horrid.
I have been going to this guy's shop since I was very little. He has always been down the street from me at his new shop and his old shop. I love this place. It's clean, and they know their animals. I bought my first snake with him, then bought my python I have now (Miss Ekans) with him. My little sister goes there all the time and also bought her tarantula there. We love this place.
