They do an amazing job. But the one lady is always on her phone. I can see if it was an emergency but every time i go in there she is always on her phone.

Well when you work 7 days a week and have a business and a family with " 4 children!! You never have time for anything we work from 9:30 - 6:30 but never even get out by that time sometimes we have been there until 10:30 pm at night . when would I have any other time to order supplies,book doctors appointment, etc !
It was very busy, we waited about 4 hours. But the wait was worth it! She did 3D nail art, rhinestones, she actually got the shape of the coffin nails done perfectly. And it was only about 35$!! It's a long wait but you won't be disappointed
Well! I went there for the first time. No kind of greeting at all. Not a friendly atmosphere.

You are correct,and I sit at the first desk and most of the time I will say hello,but it's hard to greet everyone!! When a customer sits at my table and I'm working on them I always talk to them !! Even though we try to satisfy everyone sometimes we can't and again I am truly sorry!! Have a great day !
Awesome place to get your nails done I've been coming here over 3 years I would never ever go anywhere else it is totally worth the wait always have customers comment on my nails saying how gorgeous they are I totally recommend if you want to get your nails done go to exotic nails

They are all incredible nail techs, & amazing artists but are also good at not making u wait long while also not making you feel rushed. And whether u know exactly what u want or have no idea, u will walk out a happy customer!
