RecommendedMy best friend and I got our nose pierced at the River Ave location and from the moment we walked in the door we loved the people and the place! I don’t think I will ever get a piercing anywhere else! The whole staff was amazing. They made what I thought was gonna be a scary moment into something fun. They didn’t judge my 26 year old self for acting like a baby but made me laugh and feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your piercing needs!!

This place is amazing! They gave us a warm welcoming. I highly recommend you get your child’s ears pierced here. Kate did a wonderful job. She was super friendly and made sure my daughter was comfortable.
Accidentally scheduled an appointment for park circle & I went to the Summerville location they were able to squeeze me in!! Ms. Debbie always is so pleasant and offers great customer service & conversation!

I went to the Summerville location a week ago. The staff here is great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. It’s very clean and I’m really happy with my nose piercing Angel did. She was awesome!
Update: Come in today to get my issue fixed, they were supper friendly & understanding. Thank you to the Owner Matt who reached out to me to make sure I got what I needed. I very much appreciate it & everyone’s time. I came in Friday and got both nipples pierced & it went great but when when I called because I had an issue with my nipple literary swelling over the ball they said they would change it with no fees. Appointments are required during these times for a reason. When the shopped first opened this morning, there was a line outside of the door. The employee turned some people away who did not have appointments but not all, one young lady was allowed to get service without a appointment, and was allowed to go first 🙄 I was the first appointent of the day at 11am....and arrived early..needless to say it is 11:40am, and I am still waiting to be serviced...while a walk in customer is getting serviced before me. I'm sorry about your experience. If someone comes in with a problem or an emergency situation We have to prioritize them. Otherwise we pierce everyone in the order that they have done their paperwork according to their appointments. Sometimes certain piercers need to see a particular client because that's who they had dealt with before. It takes you a good 10 or 15 minutes just to complete the paperwork, choose your jewelry and pay. also with covid precautions, we have to spray down all the surfaces inbetween each client and... read more
