Worst ever – I have bought a VIP package through Trubates, assuming having a great deal. First, I've spent something like 2 weeks trying to reach them, no answer and voice mail full, until one day they answered and took note of my booking, just to check how serious they are, I called back the day before my appointment saying I forget the exact time of my appointment.
