Dr. Diaz & Alex are awesome.........they saw my spider monkey and handled her with love and care while upholding a high level of professionalism in dealing with a primate! I do believe that Emmie has a new veterinarian & 2 new boyfriends!!! Well worth the 2 hour trip!!!!! Oh, and her mom (myself) is very happy to have a happy monkey!
Dr. Diaz is the most compassionate vet I've ever been in contact with. No cold, stainless steel tables and a sweet, hands-on approach. The staff is great and Orlando needed him so badly. The office is centrally located and easy to find. My two dwarf bunnies were privileged to be his very first patients in his new office!! ❤ ❤
Dr. Diaz has cared for my small flock of budgies for over 5 years as if they were his own. He is calm, compassionate, and thorough with so much knowledge! We miss him in South Florida. �
Our family and our pet rabbit, Bunny, first met Dr. Diaz about 5 years ago for a regular annual exam. This past year as Bunny became more elderly at 12 years old, we had the opportunity to receive amazing treatment and care. Dr. Diaz is an extraordinary veterinarian on exotic animals. He is very knowledgeable and explains the situation and treatment plan well. You can tell he truly cares about the wellness of your pet. I would trust any pet of mine or of my friends with him and 100% recommend him.
Dr. Santiago Diaz is an extraordinary vet. In large part, we owe the health of our four house rabbits (two are 9 years old now) to him. Dr. Diaz's diagnostic skills are exceptional. He cares about his patients and their cases and puts all of his thought, compassion, and experience into their care. Dr. Diaz is a phenomenal vet! I have an exotic bird (Collared Aracari) and despite being so young was having a medical problem. No one was able to figure out what was wrong with my bird, but Dr. Diaz on the first visit was! I only wish I had found him a year ago as it would have saved me a substantial amount of money and testing for my bird. Best of all he follows up with his patients, Hana is not yet 100%, but slowly she is getting there and it is all thanks to Dr. Diaz!
Dr Diaz is amazing!!!! We are extremely lucky to have found him. If it was not for him I do not think our Tamandua Antoinette would have survived. He is great with the animals and the humans... Thank you so much Dr. Diaz
