These guys are amazing, caring and compassionate. They stayed open way past their closing time to help us with my daughter's rat. Even though there were no other options other than to let him go, they made the process easier with their kindness. Klaus went off to little rat heaven peacefully. Thank you.
We really like Dr. Diaz and his assistants. They did great with our chameleon and cockatiel!

I took my 5year old little bunny in last week for what I thought was something simple since she wasn't eating or pooping (2 things she does constantly!). We did some elective routine blood work and I am so glad we did. She has advanced kidney disease and needed more support and medication than we originally thought. Today she is back to her old self and eating like a champ! We will go back for a recheck and see how her kidneys have responded. 1st time patient. Got us in on very short notice. Very friendly & explained everything. Wasn't like most Avian vets I have known that were more concerned about how you were going to pay than your pet. This is certainly not the case here. Thank you!
Best exotic vet you can go to. I have never seen a group of people go out of their way to help an animal feel better.
