Dr Diaz and Alex are fantastic! I went there because my friend who does ferret rescue recommended dr Diaz and I just adopted a new baby ferret named Spencer. They took the time to get to know us and asked questions about our other pets. Spencer absolutely loves them! We adopted a little girl shortly after, and she loves everyone at the office as well! We just got another ferret a few days ago and we can't wait to bring in the new guy to meet everyone! It's hard for me to trust a vet, but I love everyone in this office!
I cant thank Dr Diaz enough for taking care of Olive, my baby owl monkey on super short notice after hours! She had a badly infected finger and he returned my message within minutes, and was able to see us within a couple of hours. Not only that, he has called and checked on her 2x since. Took my sugar glider in for a routine check up at the Exotic Animal Hospital of Orlando. Dr. Diaz and his staff were extremely knowledgeable of sugar gliders. Awesome service. Definitely coming back.
I thought I was going to have to put my Cockatoo Caly down due to her prolapsed rectum being pretty severe then Dr. Santiago-diaz, as far as I'm concerned, saved her life .. thank you Dr Diaz for the blessing!
I was referred here by a friend and it happens to be a mile from my house. I brought our hedgehog in because he wasn't eating or drinking, losing weight, and was covered in what we thought were fleas practically overnight. They put the pest under the microscope and it turned out to be a seed tick!!! Who knew!! The staff was super nice and we even joked about it.
