The staff is good and Dr Malik is great who I went to see. Just the waiting was extremely long! All about money I guess its business, the more people they book more money they get. I'll give them a chance. Oh and one of the lady at the front desk was kind of rude but I can tell that she"s having a bad day. So I just try to be nice to her and everything went fine
The doctor was rude. I took off work only to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me they had no clue why they were seeing me. My doctor sent them all the information. Never going back, nor would I regret anyone to!
RecommendedI feel that most of these reviews are ridiculous and are based off having to wait. Get over it. There's other people that need extra time with the doctor. This is my second pregnancy and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I'm very comfortable with ALL of the ladies that work there and enjoy going to my appointments. Even if that means I have to wait a little bit after my scheduled time. Because in the end it's worth the wait to know your baby is doing great!
I never had a bad experience here. Staff was always nice to me. Never gave me an attitude. But they did make you feel like a number, as well as it always felt rushed and as if you on an assembly line. I won't return if and when I have another baby.
Trashy. Staff is not knowledgable.
