I came to get a refill but it was closed?? the place was all boarded up nobody opened it seemed abandoned maybe it wasn't since it was my first time but it genuinely looked closed with all the boarded doors and windows and the front door too maybe change the hours and say closed...

I was assaulted by two of the security guards there. And when i tried to ask for help the nurse staff said i was a stupid tweaker and noone would come and help so i should shut up or theyll call the security again. Dangerous place to go to get help. Make sure youre family stays away someoje should sue

Came in to just get meds adjusted, wasn’t suicidal but I left feeling hopeless for the people who come here. Hearing the way the staff managing the reception desk, the extremely large lady at the desk, and old man, were talking about patients was devastating. Waiting room was completely quiet and they proceeded to loudly laugh at, make fun of, and berate patients who had previously come in. A man there answers the phone with "what do you want". After I address a specific concern regarding a patient that only the hospital can address, he hands the phone directly to the patient which led to a confrontation. Then I learn he is released. I heard from a govt. employee that works in a related field that the majority of people that are admitted here are released immediately without much concern for treatment. I strongly advise you to avoid this place if you have a loved one struggling with an illness.

The front desk and security guard were extremely unprofessional and one of the front desk staff told a person having a paranoid delusion to make sure that no one puts anything in your drink, laughing and making fun of the poor people having episodes.
