So I'm a potential buyer - & for the longest I can't even see the property that I'm hoping to buy?! No wonder why this property has been on the market for a year now. Most importantly, now I know how lazy these people are & wouldn't sign my condo for a rental or for a sale with them because of the high probability that it might sit for more than a year because of how lousy & lazy they are. In this day & time there are so many realtors in the market - no one can afford to be lazy & lousy but this people can. OH WELL.
