This review is primarily in regards to the incredibly terrible experience with Joshua Hill, but also speaks to my personal experience with Mr. Mazzolini as a broker. I am an outsider witnessing a real estate transaction because my 19 year old niece was purchasing her first home and I was trying to guide her through the transaction along with her real estate agent. So far so good! The office manager was kind and helpful and took the time to get the information so she knew what I wanted then she told me the listing I was wanting was not hers and she gave me the agents number and made sure I was able to contact her. Very honorable ! I'm under contract. An excellent agency to list with or buy through!!!
