We had the pleasure of having Freddy as our realtor when purchasing our house and made it a easy. Despite a prolonged contract agreement of 8 months, he maintained communication with us and kept us updated about what was happening. A huge bonus was his background in construction. He told us the extent of damages, if a house was well built, or if there were major problems. I could not be happier with his services and would definitely use him again.
Fred was absolutely amazing walking us through the entire process as first time homeowners. Not only does he have the knowledge, experience, and expertise as an agent but his past experience as a home inspector and contractor makes him a unique agent with lots of insight to offer. A year ago I decided to sell my home after 16 years. Let me start by saying that I am very skeptical of online reviews so I when I came across Frederic Sandy I was hesitant.
