I am sure if you are a property owner this may be a good company… That being said I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company as a renter. I never was allowed to view the home before signing a lease. We my lease was up over $800 of my deposit was taken to fix damage that was already there when I moved in. I was asked about an inventory list… First of all it should not be the renters responsibility to take inventory of damage.
